Amy Armstrong oversees more than 800 employees and focuses on building relationships both with clients and teams. She has set aggressive goals for Initiative in Diversity and Inclusion, supporting the U.S. transformation of Initiative, which Adweek named 2019 Media Agency of the Year. Her experience includes the entertainment, technology, education, beauty, healthcare, e-commerce, quick service restaurants, consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications industries. Previously, Armstrong was President of BPN and, before that, President of ID Media, where she was one of the agency’s youngest leaders, and where the agency was an eight-time winner of a Best Places to Work recognition. The Los Angeles Business Journal named Armstrong an Executive of the Year finalist in its annual “Women Making a Difference” awards in 2012 and 2013.
