Andrea MacDonald leads MacDonald Media, the leading independent ad agency specializing in out-of-home Media, which has created campaigns for brands including AMC, Nordstrom Rack, Washington State Lottery, Whole Foods, Jay Z’s Rocnation, and Nike. MacDonald’s career of connecting brands to consumers in public spaces began at the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. She later created the first OOH media-planning team at Ogilvy & Mather. She has served as Member or Chair on the governing boards of industry organizations including the OAAA, ARF, MRC and AAAA, and served more than five terms as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Geopath (formerly the Traffic Audit Bureau), the OOH industry’s governing body. She has judged numerous awards including the OBIEs and EFFIEs. Advertising Age honored her in its first Media Maven issue, and the OAAA awarded her with the distinguished L. Ray Vahue Award for Marketing Excellence.
