Chief Data & Technology Officer
Arun Kumar oversees the development and implementation of global product and technology solutions across the network and provides strategic counsel and leadership on data infrastructure across IPG’s portfolio of agencies. He oversees data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities across the portfolio, as well as Cadreon, IPG’s advertising technology specialist unit. Kumar also serves as IPG’s GDPR business and strategy lead, ensuring the network continues to address new laws with the highest level of rigor and processes. Kumar has previously held roles managing digital for Mediabrands and at Starcom and UM. He completed his post-graduation in communications from the Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad in Gujarat, India, and his Executive Education through Wharton’s Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Delhi.
