David Cohen heads MAGNA’s North America business, driving investment, intelligence and innovation, and leads Global Partnerships. He joined IPG Mediabrands in 2001, when he launched the digital practice at UM as Interactive Media Director. He became U.S. Director of Digital Communications in 2006, Global Digital Officer in 2011 and Chief Investment Officer in 2013. Adweek has recognized Cohen as a “Media All-Star” and named him to the “Adweek 50,” and Media Magazine has recognized him as an “Online All-Star.” Cohen has served as the Chair of the 4A’s Digital Marketing Committee and is on the IAB Video and Advisory Board, as well as the advisory boards of Google, Facebook, and Snapchat. In 2016, he was elected to the Board of Directors of Partnership with Children, a non-profit supporting the social, emotional and cognitive skills of vulnerable children in New York City.
