Rosa J. Nunez is responsible for developing and executing Burson Cohn & Wolfe’s U.S. diversity and inclusion strategy to foster a workplace culture that empowers staff, promotes inclusivity and attracts, retains and fosters the best talent. Previously, she designed and implemented a multi-year diversity and inclusion strategy at Omnicom Media Group, where she led all U.S. efforts before transitioning to Burson-Marsteller in 2018. She began her career at Accenture, leading and managing multiple global-scaled diversity and inclusion programs. Her work and personal efforts have been recognized across the industry, and she has been named “Diversity Champion” by many national publications. Nunez is a member of the PR Council, The Advertising Club of NY Diversity Committee, The YearUp Organization, and The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement. She holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in arts management.
