Scott Hagedorn launched Hearts & Science in 2016 with a data-driven model that has helped evolve the media agency role from investment and strategy to orchestration. Within its first eight months, Hearts & Science landed the two largest U.S. advertisers, earning Adweek’s accolades Breakthrough Agency of the Year and Media Agency Executive of the Year. Previously, he was the founding CEO of Annalect, the industry-leading data technology platform supporting all Omnicom Media Group agencies worldwide. Hagedorn has held Omnicom leadership roles including U.S. CEO of PHD Network, Managing Director of OMD East, and U.S. Director of OMD Digital. A Director at Large of the 4A’s, Hagedorn has earned honors including being named to Crain’s 40 Under 40 list in 2008, an Adweek Media All Star in 2013, and an Ad Age Media Maven in 2016.
