Tim Castree joined GroupM as Global CEO of MEC in 2016 before merging MEC and Maxus to form Wavemaker, a global agency serving advertisers including L’Oréal, Colgate-Palmolive and Vodafone. He has led Wavemaker to expanded WM Momentum, which offers insights into how purchase decisions are made based on studies of 500,000 individual consumer journeys in 40 markets and 80 categories. Castree has been Managing Director for Videology USA. As COO of Mediavest U.S., he led operations and major accounts including Honda, Mondelēz, Coca-Cola, Microsoft and Sprint. He also led P&G’s global business as President and Global Managing Director of SMG. His early career included work at BBH New York and Leo Burnett in Melbourne and Sydney.
