Tim Jones oversees Publicis Media–Americas agencies’ and clients’ resources in talent, tools and technology. In the past two years, Jones has overseen the reorganization of Publicis Media, including the establishment of a new investment arm, Publicis Media Exchange, the largest media investment operation in the U.S., and the realignment of its brands as Blue 449, Digitas, Moxie, MRY Performics, Relevant24, Spark Foundry, Starcom and Zenith. During that time, Publicis Media also won such new business as Audible, DeVry University, Discover, Henkel, KFC, Lionsgate, Lowe’s, Mattel, MillerCoors, Motorola, MTV, Red Bull, Telemundo, Tempur Sealy, Southwest Airlines and USAA. Before this role, as CEO of ZenithOptimedia, North America, Jones oversaw unprecedented growth over a 10-year period that made it a top 3 media agency in the U.S. Jones is also Chairman of Performics, overseeing its global rollout plan from the U.S. to more than 50 countries, and has overseen Digitas globally since Publicis Media acquired it in 2017. He is a board member of Autism Speaks and the Association of National Advertisers and its Education Foundation, and is an executive board member of the Ad Council.
